Notice Period: All cancellations must be submitted at least 1 month in advance of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations received less than 1 month before the service may incur a partial or full service fee, depending on operational commitments.
  • Registered equipment and land allocations can be rescheduled if notice is provided within the 1-month period, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in exclusion from future seasonal allocations until obligations are met.
  • The policy applies to both Fleet Management and Land Bartering Services.
